I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I presently am offering telehealth sessions on a secure HIPPA compliant platform. Online sessions are safe, confidential and convenient for those who have challenges ambulating.

Who I Work With

My specialty is supporting those diagnosed with acute/chronic disease, including organ transplant recipients. Other services include treatment for those struggling with anxiety, panic disorders, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, life transitions and grief and loss.

My extensive hospital-based experience has provided me with the opportunity to develop an expertise in professional wellness. I assist medical students, nurses, residents and physicians in building resiliency and managing the burnout and stress that is common in the medical profession.

My Style

My style is person-centered, focusing on your needs and objectives in a respectful non-judgmental environment. I have a background in Mind-Body medicine as well as training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Psychology, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Once we schedule an appointment, I will send you new client paperwork via email to complete along with an informed consent. I will also send you a link to the secured online platform.

My practice is currently online only. Sessions are conducted via an easy to navigate, HIPAA compliant platform, so you don't have to leave your home or office. Online sessions are so safe, simple, and convenient. My clients have been loving it!

Fees & Policies

For individual therapy, my fee is $150 per session. A sliding scale may also be available.

I am currently in-network with the following insurance carriers:

I am also in-network with the following providers through my partnership with Headway:

  • Cigna

If I do not accept your insurance plan, I will provide you with a statement you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment is required at the time of service. Payment can be made through Zelle or Venmo. Headway will be collecting any co-payment through their platform.

Cancellation Policy

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Failing to do so will result in a late cancellation fee of $75 or a no-show fee of the full cost of your session. Late cancellation and no-show fees are not billable to insurance.
